How do I upgrade or change my plan?

Navigate to the Dashboard and click on the Subscription section. You can upgrade from Free to Pro or Ultimate at any time. Changes take effect immediately and fees are prorated for the current billing period.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Dashboard. You will retain full access until the end of your current billing period, and you can undo the cancellation before that date.

How long do payouts take?

Payouts are processed directly to your connected bank account. Standard payout timing is typically 2 business days for EU accounts, though this can vary depending on your country and account settings. You can view payout details in the Payments section.

No. All plans support unlimited transactions. You only pay a per-transaction fee based on your plan tier — 3.5% + €0.40 on Free, 2.5% + €0.35 on Pro, and 1.75% + €0.30 on Ultimate (for standard European cards).

After registering, go to the Dashboard. You'll be prompted to set up your payment account. Follow the onboarding steps to verify your identity and connect your bank account. Most accounts are verified instantly. To edit an existing bank account or add another one, go to the Account section found in the navigation bar under Configuration.
